What changes

From a single match to the whole club’s matchday

The club, your people and your sponsors live in one place. Each team sets up its matches without starting from scratch.

Every team has its own space

Up to 20 teams in one club, each with its own matches and its own competitions per season: league, cup or friendlies. You duplicate a match to set up the next one.

Your people, at no extra cost

Invite whoever helps you, with the role that suits them. The plan belongs to the club: administrators, editors and operators don’t pay.

Sponsors that get seen

They appear on the club page with any plan and, from Match Pass, at the bottom of the pre-match, half-time and full-time graphics. With Studio, also during play, on the social media images and in a PDF report.

A club weekend

Three teams, three matches, one workspace

An example weekend with three teams. The times are approximate.

  1. Fri

    You set up the matchday

The editor sets up the three matches: opponent, time, venue, match squad and graphics. Everything saves automatically, and previewing doesn’t use any match.

  2. Sat

    17:30 · Youth A

An operator assigned only to this match runs live control from her phone. In OBS, the match’s browser source shows the scoreboard and the lower thirds.

  3. Sun

    10:00 · Women’s team

Another match, with its own OBS URL and its own control team. The results of the matches you publish stay on the club page for anyone who couldn’t watch.

  4. Sun

    12:30 · First team

The third match of the weekend. With Pro it starts as soon as you stop the previous one, which frees up the slot. With Studio, up to three can run at the same time.

  5. Mon

    The sponsors’ report

With Studio, you get a PDF with the time each brand was on screen, by match and by placement. It doesn’t measure viewers or audience.

AN OPERATOR’S PHONE

If two matches overlap, you need Studio: up to 3 matches in production at the same time per club. With Pro, matches are unlimited, but one at a time.

Questions from clubs

What club boards ask us

How many teams can I have in one club?

Up to 20 teams per club, with up to 50 members and 100 invitations. Each team has its own matches and its own competitions per season. A single account can own up to 10 clubs.

How do I invite my people?

You create the invitation with the role each person needs and share the link yourself, through whatever channel you prefer: OBSfootball doesn’t send it by email. The link is tied to the invited person’s verified email, expires after 7 days and can be used only once.

Who pays?

The plan belongs to the club and only the owner buys it. Administrators, editors and operators pay nothing. The 2 welcome matches belong to the owner’s account and are shared across all of their clubs.

Can we broadcast several matches at the same time?

With Studio, up to 3 matches in production at the same time per club, each with its own OBS URL and its own control team. With Pro, one at a time, even though matches are unlimited: when you stop one, the slot is free for the next. If you need more than 3 at the same time, write to sales@obsfootball.com.

How is the club’s ownership transferred?

It’s a task for the owner role, which also handles billing. If the person in charge of the club changes, the owner can transfer ownership.

Can we start without an account?

Yes. You can try a demo, create the club and set up the first match with the real graphics and test goals. You’ll be asked to sign in with Google or Twitch when you save, and your draft is kept for 30 days in your browser.
