1. About these terms
In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to OBSfootball. These terms cover obsfootball.com, app.obsfootball.com and the OBSfootball services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use OBSfootball for a club or business, you must have authority to act on its behalf.

2. Accounts and access
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in provider, account and private links. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Club owners and administrators are responsible for the access they grant to collaborators. Invite only authorized people and remove access when it is no longer needed. Keep invitation, moderation and overlay access links private unless they are intended for public use.
3. Using OBSfootball
OBSfootball provides club workspaces, match graphics and tools to prepare and operate football broadcasts. Match information is entered by club members and authorized operators. Your access depends on the club plan or match activation you select and the limits described when you purchase.
We grant you a non-exclusive right to use the service and display its overlays in your own broadcasts, including commercial broadcasts, within your purchased access. This does not transfer ownership of our software or third-party data, or permit resale of the underlying service or bulk redistribution of data.
4. Plans, payments and cancellation
The checkout shows the price, currency, billing period and applicable taxes before you pay. Our published base prices are in euros and include applicable taxes. Stripe Managed Payments, through Link, acts as merchant of record for eligible purchases and handles payment-related support and indirect taxes in supported countries. Local-currency prices may include a conversion charge shown at checkout.
Pro and Studio subscriptions are billed monthly and renew until canceled. Pro includes one match in production at a time; Studio includes three. The subscription applies to the club selected at purchase and covers its authorized members and operators. Multiple operators or OBS sources for the same match do not use additional production slots. Preparing a match or using its setup preview does not start production. Existing subscriptions retain the billing period and paid rights stated at their checkout.
Club owners can manage or cancel a subscription through the club’s billing options. The billing portal shows when cancellation takes effect and when paid access ends. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid the next subscription charge. Contact us if you cannot access billing.
A Match Pass covers one club match and does not create a recurring subscription. Accounts receive two welcome club matches once; creating another club does not renew this allowance. Welcome matches retain the standard colors and OBSfootball hashtag. Paid matches allow color and hashtag customization. Credits and promotional access have no cash redemption value.
Features marked “Coming soon” are planned features and are not available at purchase. The comparison describes their intended plan allocation; no release date is promised. Your purchase provides the features listed as currently available.
If a charge is incorrect or a paid feature fails, contact us with the account and transaction details so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy. Mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund and digital-service rights under applicable law remain available. Starting to use the service does not by itself waive those rights.
We will communicate changes to recurring prices before they apply, with an opportunity to cancel before the changed price is charged.
5. Your content and broadcast rights
You retain your rights in the names, rosters, images, logos, sponsor materials, links and other content you provide. You give us permission to store, process and display that content as needed to operate the features you use, including sharing it with your collaborators and publishing it in the pages or overlays you make public.
You are responsible for having permission to use that content and to share personal information, including player information. Take particular care with information about minors. Do not upload sensitive personal information or material you are not entitled to publish.
OBSfootball does not grant television, match footage, music, league, club trademark or other broadcast rights. You must obtain any permissions required for your stream. OBSfootball is not affiliated with or endorsed by OBS Studio, leagues, clubs or streaming platforms unless expressly stated.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, impersonate another person or club, publish abusive material, or submit misleading match information. Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass payment or access controls, extract private data, distribute malware or interfere with the service.
We may review reports and remove or restrict content that violates these terms or applicable law. You can report rights, privacy or other concerns through available reporting tools or our contact email.
7. Data and availability
Scores, statistics, schedules, results and standings depend on the information entered by club members and operators. They may be incomplete or incorrect. Verify information that matters to your broadcast.
Individual graphics depend on the available match data and the selected club plan. Maintenance, connectivity and third-party outages can interrupt the service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or perfectly accurate data; this does not limit remedies you have for a paid service that fails to meet applicable legal requirements.
8. Suspension and termination
You can stop using OBSfootball, cancel renewal and request account deletion using the account options or by contacting us. Save any information you need before closing your account.
We may restrict access for serious or repeated violations, unpaid charges, security threats or legal requirements. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the reason and allow you to respond or resolve the issue. Any treatment of prepaid access remains subject to applicable law.
9. Liability and your rights
You are responsible for your broadcasting setup, internet connection and content. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or lost revenue arising from third-party interruptions or inaccurate external data.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, or takes away mandatory consumer protections. Any dispute is subject to applicable law and the courts that have jurisdiction under that law; consumers retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings where they live.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. We will update the date on this page and give reasonable notice of material changes before they take effect, unless urgent legal or security reasons require otherwise. Changes do not remove rights relating to earlier purchases.
