How matches are counted

A match counts when you start broadcasting it, not when you set it up.

Welcome
2 matches to get started
Each owner account has 2 welcome matches, shared by all of its clubs. One is used the first time you press Start production on a match.
24 hours
The clock runs from the first start
Welcome matches and Match Pass give you 24 h of access. Stopping or editing doesn’t extend it, and restarting within that window doesn’t use another match.
Subscriptions
No cap on matches
With Pro and Studio you broadcast as many as you like for as long as the subscription lasts. What changes is how many you can have in production at the same time: 1 with Pro and 3 with Studio.
What doesn’t count
Preparing doesn’t use a match
Setting up the club and the match, previewing the graphics, creating social media images and generating reports don’t use any match.

Billing questions

Questions before you pay

Do prices include taxes, and in what currency do I pay?

Prices are in euros and include taxes. At checkout, Stripe may offer you the option to pay in your local currency, but we can’t guarantee it in every case.

How do I cancel a plan?

From the club’s plan, in the app. The club owner cancels it, since they are the one who manages billing. There is no minimum term: you can cancel whenever you like.

Is there a yearly plan?

Not for now. Pro and Studio are paid monthly, and Match Pass is a one-time payment per match.

Is there a free trial?

The 2 welcome matches play that role: you broadcast with the scoreboard, goal lower thirds, line-ups and result, no card needed. There is no trial of Pro or Studio. Preparing and previewing don’t cost anything either.

Should I choose Match Pass or Pro?

If you broadcast a one-off match, Match Pass. If you broadcast every week, Pro: with 4 matches in a month, Match Pass adds up to €19.60, more than Pro’s €19. Pro also includes live statistics and the result image for social media, which Match Pass doesn’t have.

Who pays in a club?

The plan belongs to the club and only its owner buys it. Administrators, editors and operators, and anyone who helps with the control, don’t pay. On Free and Match Pass, the owner makes the first start of each match.

Do you run a league or manage several clubs?

Each club has its own plan, and a single account can own up to 10 clubs. If you need something these plans don’t cover, tell us and we’ll look at it together.
